How Much Cash was Earned? -

My friend has some exciting news to report on the results of her consignment of goods at the Just Between Friends event a couple weeks ago. So, how much cash was earned for consigning her gently used clothing, shoes, toys, etc?

Okay, she brought approximately 800 items. Yes, that’s a lot a merchandise, mostly clothing, but she did have a bassinet, some outdoor play equipment and a stroller. I would consider those larger ticket items. After the three day event ended, she had sold a total of 483 items! Pretty good results, huh? We brought in 10 large bins of clothes and shoes plus all the other items. And we only needed 4 bins to store the unsold goods. I think that’s a huge success. So how much cash was earned?

She is getting a check for approximately $1,000 net cash earned! She not only made her goal, she exceeded it! I would say it was well worth the effort, not to mention all the room she gained by sharing these items with other families in the community!
